First race of XRAY Winter Series was held in Kolin. It was also a comeback to old hall where a lot of us started our racing career. One of legend who came back to this place was Martin Hudy who was showing his extra driving skills in Modified class during the whole race. We were also honored by the participation of Martin Bayer, one of the best off-road drivers.
There was special new black carpet which gave us huge grip and increased our feelings of driving.
The fastest category was Modified. Touring cars without any limit. Martin Hudy with his XRAY won every run with flawless driving. His biggest rivals Jiri Vysin and Jiri Janousek finished 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Stock class was race of Ales Pelikan who won the qualification and the race too giving no chance to anybody else. Second was Karel Kratochvil who also grab the 2nd place with no real opponents to fight with. 3rd place finisher was to be decided in hard battle between Michal Kneys and Martin Kratochvil. But in the end, Michal was the faster one. In the 5th position there was very talented young driver Alex Tlusty.
Ivo Trojan won the Formula class in front of Martin Kucera and Richard Klik.

In 2wd off-road class it was all between Kaja Novotny and Martin Bayer who showed great driving and battles for the win. Not the best front tire choice by Martin gave Kaja chance to win the last final and the race. 3rd was very young talented XRAY driver Max Gotzl.

In 4wd class it was Martin Bayer who was showing incredible runs, never looked back and took the win. Second on podium was constantly improving young talented guy Milan Mudra who beat 3rd Frantisek Kalenda and 4th Max Gotzl.

This race with very friendly feel was very nice experience for all of us. I would like to thank Martin Hudy and Martin Bayer for XRAY Work-Shop at the lunch break. We got hand-full of great and useful information about setting up our cars. Iâ™m looking forward to the next race that takes place on December 5th, 2015. I hope see you there all!
